I'm Grace, an artist with a love for the natural world, fantasy and bright colours! TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
1. When commissioning me, please describe what you are looking for as clearly and concisely as you can. I am more than happy to help you choose specific details, etc., but it's also good for you to have a fairly clear idea of what you're looking for before contacting me.2. You are welcome to send me any reference images or visual references to what you are looking for (they can be extremely helpful!), but are not necessary.3. I do not work with minors (anyone under the age of 18).4. I reserve the right to use any commissioned piece for use in advertising my services, unless agreed otherwise for specific reasons.5. Please do not attempt to commission something outside of my own style or skill set.6. Small and basic revisions of traditional sketch work are included within the price of the commission, but if you request many and/or complex revisions and additions to the work then this may incur extra fees.
If you are commissioning a piece of pixel art, revisions generally will not incur extra fees.PAYMENT
7. My prices are in GBP, so if you are from outside of the UK, the price will need converting from your native currency into GBP. I am more than happy to help with currency conversion.8. I generally require 100% of the payment upfront. This is to avoid me being scammed.9. I accept payments through PayPal. Payments can be made directly to my payment account, or I can invoice you if preferred.10. I do not offer full refunds unless I am unable to complete a commission due to exceptional circumstances. If you are unhappy with your commission after being shown initial sketches, please communicate this to me clearly as quickly as possible, so that we can resolve any issues. Failure to do this may result in you being unhappy with the product you have paid for, for which you will not be refunded.11.
