TERMS OF SERVICEGENERAL
1. When commissioning me, please describe what you are looking for as clearly and concisely as you can. I am more than happy to help you choose specific details, etc., but it's also good for you to have a fairly clear idea of what you're looking for before contacting me.2. You are welcome to send me any reference images or visual references to what you are looking for (they can be extremely helpful!), but are not necessary.3. I do not work with minors (anyone under the age of 18).4. I reserve the right to use any commissioned piece for use in advertising my services, unless agreed otherwise for specific reasons.5. Please do not attempt to commission something outside of my own style or skill set.6. I am happy to do NSFW or fetish work, but as with any commission, please be polite and respectful. Any creepy or disrespectful behaviour will result in rejection or termination of work currently in progress with no refund.7. Small and basic revisions of sketch work are included within the price of the commission, but if you request many and/or complex revisions and additions to the work then this may incur extra fees.
If you are commissioning a piece of pixel art, revisions generally will not incur extra fees.PAYMENT
8. My prices are in GBP, so if you are from outside of the UK, the price will need converting from your native currency into GBP. I am more than happy to help with currency conversion.9. I require 100% of the payment upfront. This is to avoid me being scammed, and is non-negotiable.10. I accept payments through PayPal, Cashapp and Kofi. Payments can be made directly by going to my payment accounts, or I can send you an invoice if preferred.11. I do not offer full refunds unless I am unable to complete a commission due to exceptional circumstances. If you are unhappy with your commission after being shown initial sketches, please communicate this to me clearly as quickly as possible, so that we can resolve any issues. Failure to do this may result in you being unhappy with the product you have paid for, for which you will not be refunded.12. If you choose to cancel a commission after it has already been started, you will be refunded half the received money.13. If you require your commission by a certain time, please let me know.
